At the Petco Foundation Gala on Saturday, Nancy and Katherine Heigl were honored with the Hope Award for their dedication to animal welfare. They also received a grant for $100,000 to help support the Jason Debus Heigl Foundation’s lifesaving programs and initiatives.

Aided by a $25,000 grant from the ASPCA, we are paying for spay/neuters for four high-risk zip codes representing nearly a quarter of a million people in Los Angeles.
