At the Petco Foundation Gala on Saturday, Nancy and Katherine Heigl were honored with the Hope Award for their dedication to animal welfare. They also received a grant for $100,000 to help support the Jason Debus Heigl Foundation’s lifesaving programs and initiatives.

ASPCA & Subaru Grant Helps Save More Lives

The JDHF was delighted to be the recipient of a $5000 grant from the ASPCA and Subaru in support of our transport program. The initiative relocates companion animals from high kill shelters in Los Angeles, to new homes and new lives in regions of the United States where the demand for adoptable pets exceeds the supply from shelters and rescue groups.
