We won’t stop until the killing stops.

Volunteering

Volunteers are vital to our success and we couldn’t carry out our essential work without their dedication and support. We welcome any commitment you are able to offer—however great or small.

From helping with adoption events to transporting animals to forever homes, from distributing flyers to fostering a companion pet, a wide variety of volunteer opportunities are available to suit your schedule and availability.

Our internal rescue group, the Heigl Hounds Of Hope, has the greatest need for volunteer support. Foster parents are the most important and vital to the program’s success. For those that cannot foster, volunteers can help with tasks such as walking the dogs or transporting them to and from veterinary appointments.

To get involved, please complete our volunteer questionnaire below, which helps us determine how to best place you in a role that fits your availability, experience and areas of interest. We would encourage you to add any comments or additional information that you feel is appropriate.

Please contact us if you have any questions about volunteering for the Jason Debus Heigl Foundation volunteer program. We thank you for your interest and look forward to having you as part of our team.
