Parvo Survivor to Adventure Pup: An Incredible Rescue
Alana—now named Soleil—is living a life she never dreamed possible.
She was the sickest of a litter surrendered to the shelter, slated for euthanasia. Thin, dehydrated, and battling deadly Parvo, her chances were heartbreakingly slim.
But the Jason Heigl Foundation stepped in, rushed her to the vet, and gave her the care she needed: plasma transfusions, round-the-clock treatment, and a fighting chance.
It was touch and go… but this little warrior pulled through.
Today, Soleil is thriving. She hikes mountain trails, lounges by the lake, and even has a plane ticket to Alaska. She’s healthy, happy, and deeply loved. She greets every day with gratitude.
